Thanks Larry for organizing the wine promenade. We had a great time and tried out our very dodgy french!! It was good to see some great old cafes and get an insight into the french wine psyche. We'll be back in Paris next summer and look forward to using your web site again.
Just a note to let you know that our Nice pick up and delivery to
the Ship, with wonderful highlights and good weather, along the way worked very well...You did a good job!!....especially the weather!! We did good! Barbara, Travel Agent
Just wanted to pass on our thanks for organising the wine tour Charlotte was fantastic - please pass on to her our thanks.
We had a great evening.
Just a pity our time in Paris was so short this year - will have to try and do better next time! Cheers, Murray
Larry, Lula was fantastic. Thanks so much for all your help. It was the best trip to Paris ever, now on to Champagne. Very best regards, and MANY thanks. Jeff
Just briefly to thank you again and extend the good feedback Fiona gave me the other day on the phone, which I suppose you canforward as well to Jerome and the people at Bateaux Parisiens. Diego Travel Agent
The dinner at Montparnasse was good and the atmosphere was excellent.......tell clients not to order the beef, which was very tough........but going there was worthwhile. We really enjoyed Bobino.....it was really funny and a nice contrast to Moulin Rouge....very different shows. We were more comfortable at Bobino........seats weren't as close together. If we had it to do all over again, we'd still go to both.
All tour guides were good. We especially liked the first tour guide in England (can't remember his name) and Gigi in France. Recommend the carriage ride in Paris to your customers. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Your help was invaluable. Thanks again. VMD

"The influence of French culinary art is seen and felt in every corner of the world. Every cooking student in every country learns the basics of French cuisine on the way to becoming a chef. Even modern food processing owes a nod to French food science ... remember pasteurization?" - "Hollandaise, veloute, morney: these and many more sauces, some developed in the 1800s, are still in use."
