Bellavista suite: The most unique, and absolutely the most elegant with two levels, 70mq with 2 large windows that offer a magnificent view of Florence. On the main floor is the bedroom, seating area, armoire and main bath. On the second floor one will find the studio and a guest bathroom. Precious marble and mosaic, authentically antiqued pieces with contemporary design and specially selected silks make for a unique and luxurious stay in Florence.

Having only opened in 2003, the restaurant and lounge bar Onice, guided by Chef Andrea Accordi, received a prestigious Michelin star which followed an insert in the celebrated guide Espresso‚. Its luxurious and elegant environment, irreproachable service, the rich wine list concentrated primarily on important Tuscan red wines, and the optimum preparation of Andrea Accordi with his elaborate yet balanced dishes has made it possible for Onice to reach these important goals.

Two large luminous glass arched doors separate and invite guests from the garden with the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi for 20 people. The dining area under a vaulted ceiling, is furnished with satin covered chairs and sofas surrounded by crystal and crocodile tables, with a sophisticated grey, ivory and cream tone with touches of cherry red. A long rectangular honey onyx counter top creates an ideal space for encounters and an area for clients to socialize. The transparent shelves accentuate the bottles and crystal glassware on display.

Art work is surely that which chef Andrea Accordi presents in his dishes, with a fusion of styles and flavours from different cultures, the wise and calibrated use of spices give life to a innovative and enriched traditional cuisine repeated in the presentation. The menu begins with a parade of hors d‚"uvres which then passes to the starters, followed by innovative fish and meat based entrees, and finally desserts with an autumn hymn.
