Itinerary:
Discover our cuisine and learn to cook genuine specialties of our gastronomy in a short space of time.
We begin with a guided tour to the market, where we buy part of the ingredients we'll use in the class. Our workshops are hands on usually take around 3 1/2 hours and are then followed by a complete meal composed by the menu prepared.
Classes are given in English and are intended for groups limited to 10 people.

Discover the favorite gourmet stores in the Old Town! We'll start with a visit to the wonderful Boqueria food market, where we'll wander around the fruits, vegetables, fish and meat sections, enjoying the smell and colours of the fresh products. Then we'll continue to the Old Town to find a variety of stores offering their best local specialties: wine, olive oil, chocolate, cheese, ham, turron, wine, nuts... Many of the stores we'll visit are more than one hundred years old and still keep their original decoration.

We'll start with a visit to the wonderful Boqueria food market, where apart from its many exotic fresh fruits there are also splendid candy, nuts and chocolate stands. Then we'll continue to the Gothic Quarter to find a variety of stores offering their best sweet specialties: chocolate, turron, cookies, pastries, cakes, candy, ice cream, cheese, nuts... Many of the stores we'll visit are more than one hundred years old and still keep their original decoration. The tour will end at the Chocolate Museum.
